Job Summary
Conejo Services is seeking a skilled Pool Service Technician to join our team. We are an established, multi-trade home services company looking for a reliable professional to manage a dedicated pool route.  You will ensure residential pools are perfectly balanced, clean, and mechanically sound.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Test, balance, and adjust chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) to meet California health and safety standards.
• Skim surfaces, vacuum debris, empty skimmer baskets, and brush pool walls and tiles.
• Inspect and service pool equipment, including pumps, motors, filters, heaters, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and fix leaks, plumbing issues, and faulty equipment.
• Safely operate a company vehicle to travel between client locations.
• Log all service performed, chemicals used, and equipment repairs using ST.

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of professional pool cleaning, maintenance, or experience.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Perform strenuous physical labor (bending, kneeling, reaching)
• Work outside in various weather conditions.
• Speaking, hearing, and vision are essential to performing job functions accurately.
• Substantial movement of the wrists, hands, and/ or fingers.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification a plus, but not required.
